A team session here is not open ice. It is staffed, planned and measured, so every player gets coached and you get to coach. Same three zones the individual athletes train in, run for your roster.

45 minutes on the ice in small groups across the three Hockeyology zones, and 45 minutes in the performance gym with our strength coaches. Your coaching staff is welcome on the floor.
Team Bonding Focus runs an instructor-led 3-on-3 experience, an Ice Palace instructional session and a 3-zone session. Skating Focus is an Ice Palace session plus two 3-zone sessions built around skating technique.
Strength with Premier Strength, hockey-specific yoga and team recovery, balanced to the age, schedule and competitive goals of your roster. Twenty sessions is enough to set a team standard.
F360 movement assessments (pre-season $150, post-season $100, both $200 per player), a performance kitchen session ($900), and playoff or showcase psychology and sports nutrition sessions ($450 each).

Half the roster starts on the ice, half in the performance gym. Forty-five minutes each, then they swap. Ninety minutes, nobody standing around.
