• Mindbody: Our booking and payment processing platform for Hockeyology services. Mindbody processes your account, booking, and payment information on our behalf.
• TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR): Athleticare patient health information is managed through TELUS CHR, a certified electronic health record system. Health information collected through Athleticare is subject to Alberta's Health Information Act (HIA).
• Vercel: Our website hosting provider.
• Google Analytics / Google Ads: Website analytics and advertising measurement.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Advertising measurement and optimization.
• Klaviyo: Email marketing and communications.

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

5. Athleticare Health Information

Athleticare provides allied health care services including physiotherapy, massage therapy, dietitian consultations, and psychological services. Personal health information collected in the course of providing these services is governed by Alberta's Health Information Act (HIA) and is managed through TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR).

Health information is not shared with Hockeyology, Labs, or any marketing platforms. Your health records are maintained separately from your Hockeyology account and website activity data.

6. Data Separation Between Brands

ZerOne operates multiple brands under one roof. We maintain separation between the customer data of our brands. If you are a Hockeyology client, you will only receive Hockeyology communications. If you are an Athleticare patient, you will only receive Athleticare communications. We do not cross-reference or combine customer lists between brands without your explicit consent.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide a better experience, analyze website traffic, and support our advertising efforts. These include:

Many of our Hockeyology services are designed for minor athletes. When a parent or guardian creates an account and registers a minor athlete, we collect the athlete's name, date of birth, and other information necessary to provide our services. This information is collected with the consent of the parent or guardian who creates the account. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental consent.

11. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission. Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant third-party processors and is never stored on our servers.
