The Best Players Don’t Guess.
They Measure.

A two-hour hockey assessment across skating, shooting, and off-ice performance, giving players and families real benchmarks, scored reports, and a clearer path for what to train next.

What you walk away with

Three reports. Zero guesswork.

Most programs tell you your athlete is doing great. We hand you the numbers, the video, and the one thing to fix first.

Report 01 · Stride Analysis

Your stride, measured frame by frame.

Three minutes on the skating treadmill. Our HDTS system captures the session, then breaks down every stride, left and right, against where the skate should be. Toe position, knee bend, extension, balance, and efficiency.

Stride Analysis Report
Every metric graded against optimal range.
HDTS
Push-off extension151°
Average
How fully the back leg drives. More extension, more power per stride.
Inner knee bend109.9°
Below average
Depth in the load. A deeper bend, a smaller angle, means a longer push.
Ankle extension8.3°
Below average
Finishing the push through the ankle and toe. More range scores higher.
Skate-tip rotationL 14.0° / R 14.7°
Average
How square each blade stays through the stride. Less rotation is faster.
10-cycle efficiency10.6s
Below average
Time across ten full cycles. Controlled, efficient strides hold longer.
Leg stability
L20.1px
R13.6px
How far the body drifts off center over each leg. Lower is steadier.

HDTS Skating Analysis
The same system the pros train on.

Two cameras and AI break down every stride, the same skating-analysis system used in elite development centers worldwide. The result is unbiased, concrete data, not guesswork.

Report 02 · Shot Intelligence

Every shot, broken into seven mechanics.

Most players never find out why a shot sails or dies. We score seven mechanics from video, from how you load your stance to how you finish, so “shoot better” becomes a specific list. You get one overall number and the single fix that moves it most.

Our own shot engine. Found nowhere else.

The Shot Coach Console is ZerOne software, built in-house. Seven mechanics scored from a single video, on a model you will not find at any training facility.

Report 03 · Assess & Align

The athletic engine, scored and tiered.

Hockey speed starts off the ice. The Assess & Align report runs a standardized battery of jump, power, and strength tests, then benchmarks every result against the athlete’s age group on Gold, Silver, and Bronze tiers. You see where they rank, why it matters on the ice, and the sessions that move it. Re-test every quarter and watch the tiers climb.

Ranked against players your age.

Every jump, sprint, and strength test scored on Gold, Silver, and Bronze tiers for your exact age group. Re-test each quarter and watch the tiers climb.

Why it matters

A baseline changes everything.

Two athletes train the same hours. One trains on guesswork. One trains on data. After a season, the gap is not small. A baseline turns effort into a plan, and a plan into gains you can measure every quarter.

Re-test every three months. Watch the line move.
