About this program
Hockey Fundamentals is built for young players who have finished a learn-to-skate program and are in their first year or two of hockey. Four weeks of developmentally appropriate drills that build the habits everything else is stacked on: efficient skating, controlled puck handling, and the basics of passing and shooting.
Every session is technique, repetition, and encouragement. The players leave moving with more confidence and more purpose on the ice.
What’s included
- Four on-ice sessions
- Skating essentials: starts, stops, balance, stride, early edges
- Puck control, passing, and shooting fundamentals
- Fun reinforcement games
