About this course

Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level C is the certification most workplaces, coaches, and childcare roles ask for. This is the full Canadian Red Cross program, delivered in a blended format with our partners at Lifesaver YEG.

You complete roughly six hours of online theory at your own pace before class. Then you spend one Sunday with us for the hands-on portion: CPR, AED use, choking response, wound care, and emergency scene management, practiced until it sticks.

The in-person day runs in the Athleticare Recovery Lounge at West Edmonton Mall. Certification is valid for three years.

What’s included

  • Canadian Red Cross online course access
  • Full-day in-person skills session
  • CPR and AED Level C training
  • 3-year Red Cross certification on completion
